Jamco Fruit Spreads Raspberry & Banana Crêpes

✨ Ingredients (serves 4)
- 125g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 300ml milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
- Pinch of salt
- Jamco Raspberry & Banana Fruit Spread
- Optional: icing sugar, whipped cream
Instructions
- Make the batter
In a bowl, whisk the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
- Rest the batter
Let it rest for 15–20 minutes (this makes softer crêpes).
- Cook the crêpes
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat
- Pour a small ladle of batter and swirl to spread thin
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, then cook another minute
- Add the filling
- Spread a generous layer of Jamco Raspberry & Banana spread
- Add fresh banana slices if you like
- Fold & serve
Fold into triangles or roll them up
Dust with icing sugar or add cream
