  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)

  1. Prepare the Dough
    Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a flat surface.
    Cut into circles using a bowl or cutter.
  2. Add the Filling
    Place a spoonful of banana fruit spread on one half of each circle.
  3. Seal the Pâtés
    Fold the pastry over to form a half-moon shape.
    Press the edges with your fingers or a fork to seal properly.
  4. Egg Wash
    Brush the top of each pastry with egg yolk for a golden finish.
