Jamco Fruit Spreads Raspberry & Banana Crêpes

✨ Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 125g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Jamco Raspberry & Banana Fruit Spread
  • Optional:  icing sugar, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Make the batter
     In a bowl, whisk the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
  2. Rest the batter
     Let it rest for 15–20 minutes (this makes softer crêpes).
  3. Cook the crêpes
    1. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat
    1. Pour a small ladle of batter and swirl to spread thin
    1. Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, then cook another minute
  4. Add the filling
    1. Spread a generous layer of Jamco Raspberry & Banana spread
    1. Add fresh banana slices if you like
  5. Fold & serve
     Fold into triangles or roll them up
     Dust with icing sugar or add cream
