✨ Ingredients (makes 10–12 muffins)
- 200g plain flour
- 100g sugar (brown or white)
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 120ml milk
- 80ml vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Jamco Blueberry & Banana Fruit Spread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Line a muffin tray.
- Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. - Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl: eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. - Combine
Pour wet into dry and mix gently (don’t overmix). - Fill & add spread
- Fill muffin cases halfway
- Add 1 tsp Jamco Blueberry & Banana fruit spread
- Cover with a little more batter
- Swirl lightly (optional)
Use a toothpick for a soft swirl effect. - Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
