Jamco Fruit Spreads Blueberry & Banana Muffins

✨ Ingredients (makes 10–12 muffins)

  • 200g plain flour
  • 100g sugar (brown or white)
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 120ml milk
  • 80ml vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Jamco Blueberry & Banana Fruit Spread 


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Line a muffin tray.
  2. Mix dry ingredients
     In a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix wet ingredients
     In another bowl: eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine
     Pour wet into dry and mix gently (don’t overmix).
  5. Fill & add spread
    1. Fill muffin cases halfway
    1. Add 1 tsp Jamco Blueberry & Banana fruit spread
    1. Cover with a little more batter
  6. Swirl lightly (optional)
     Use a toothpick for a soft swirl effect.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
